The problem
An acquisition brought in an app with 6 million accounts that needed to be brought onto the group's platform.
What we built
The app was migrated to Flutter, with AI-assisted parity checks to confirm the new app behaved like the old one.
A reactivation waterfall reaches users across push, SMS/WhatsApp and voice. The platform runs on EKS with Sentry and OpenTelemetry for observability.
Outcome
One platform, with the acquired user base migrated and reachable again.
